Wear An Icecream Container On Your Head 

So goes the advice of at least two people who know I've been swooped by nesting magpies this week. I don't think an icecream container would contain either my hair or my ears so I think I'll pass. I don't look too cool talking and swearing to myself while flapping my arms overhead so if I can just find an umbrella I'll be carrying that in our sunny December weather.

Happy to find that Amy Gahran is now updating her e-zine Contentious in the form of a weblog. From reading her articles on RSS and more, I learnt about the Opte Project shows some cool maps of the Internet.
