Flatland at the Blue Room

My first theatre-going in years and the first time I've entered the Blue Room since 1993 - and it's changed! Views of the city from the bar, fixed seating, and no stand-up comedians. One of Flatlands writers works in my office and at last there didn't seem to be a reason not to go to a play, especially a black comedy in a small space. Great to have the action so close and visible. Tonight was closing night but I enjoyed the experience and will try to get back to see more local productions. The lady next to me asked if I was also 'connected' to the theatre scene in Perth. Nuh-uh, but somehow the question sounded inclusive and so I might be brave enough to trot along again.

Hey Bret,

Thanks for this - I'll pass it on to others. I agree with Tara, you'd want trustworthy vollies. :-) Hope all is well, I thought you might have skipped town!

Cheers,

Dee
